David Cross is a multichannel direct-response marketer and writer with over 31 years of experience. Storytelling comes naturally to him!

The Loan Sailor is inspired by actual events from the his life. David is immensely grateful and inspired by the help he’s received from subject matter experts. This includes experienced sailors (some very well-known!), navigational experts, a boat builder, experts in international divorce, and international child abduction.

David sailed as a child and, as a result of researching and writing this book, started sailing again.

Over the last 31 years, David’s worked on projects for clients in over 30 countries, including some of the biggest information publishers in the world.

He’s appeared as a presenter on QVC (television shopping), and taught meditation.

He’s lived in eight countries and currently lives with his family on the west coast of the United States.
